The Problem
The client faced bottlenecks in their warehouse dispatch workflow and their product catalog suffered from poor Google indexing due to client-side rendering. Product pages were not being crawled, resulting in zero organic visibility for key packaging supply keywords.
The Solution
Engineered a React + Vite frontend with 94 pre-rendered static product routes, integrated JSON-LD product schema markup, implemented canonical tagging and breadcrumb navigation. Built a Node.js backend for inventory management with optimized search and filtering. Deployed Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn tracking for conversion analytics.
The Outcome & Metrics
Dispatch speed improved 35% with the new inventory interface. All 94 routes achieved 100% indexing in Google Search Console. Target packaging keywords reached first-page rankings, driving a 220% increase in organic traffic within 90 days.
